Retail Sales Consultant

This is more than a retail position—it’s an opportunity to create meaningful customer experiences, build lasting relationships, learn the Wicked Peacock sales processes and better understand the underpinnings of small business, and help people build confidence by celebrating their unique styles.

What You’ll Do:
–Welcome every customer with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
–Help customers find jewelry that makes them feel confident, beautiful, and celebrated.
–Build authentic relationships through exceptional customer service and thoughtful conversations.
–Learn and apply valuable sales techniques that focus on understanding each customer’s needs—not high-pressure selling.
–Educate customers about our jewelry and our outstanding collections.
–Create memorable shopping experiences that inspire customers to return.
–Maintain beautiful merchandise displays and a clean, inviting retail floor.
–Assist with inventory, and daily store operations.
–Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve individual and store goals.

–High emotional intelligence, including empathy, active listening, and the ability to connect with a wide variety of personalities.

Retail or sales experience is helpful but not required—we’re happy to train the right person.
