Duties

• Perform various massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and relaxation massage tailored to individual client needs
• Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of concern
• Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to deliver safe and effective therapies
• Educate clients on pain management strategies and occupational health practices to support their ongoing wellness goals
• Maintain detailed treatment records and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Provide exceptional patient service by creating a calming environment and addressing client questions or concerns
• Stay current with industry best practices and participate in ongoing professional development

Skills

• Proven experience in massage therapy, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy
• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage practice
• Excellent patient service skills with the ability to assess individual needs effectively
• Familiarity with occupational health principles and pain management techniques
• CPR certification is required; additional certifications such as med spa experience are a plus
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients about treatment options and health considerations
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence and professional growth
