Band Saw Operator

BAND SAW OPERATOR: First-Shift

Responsibilities will consist of, and may not be limited to:
• Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management
• Follow established safety rules and regulations
• Safely cut large slabs to final size
• Replace saw blades as needed
• Assure quality and production requirements are met, per the job-specific travelers

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Good mechanical skills
• Time management skills
• Punctuality and reliability
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for most of the work day
• Ability to use/read a tape measure (experience with dial calipers and micrometers a plus)

Position Hours:

Pay Rate:
• $20-25/hour Based on Experience
